Mum & Buggy Workout

No Need for a stuffy gym or expense of a baby sitter.

The session consists of power walking with your buggy with exercise stops throughout to tone and strengthen your body using specific exercises to help you get back into shape, targeting key areas such as bums, thighs and stomach.

CLASSES START ON TUESDAY 5TH APRIL!!

Tuesdays: Classes will start on Tuesday 5th April at 11am, Meeting at the Tithe Barn in Bradford on Avon.

Before you come along to a session: Make sure you are healthy to start exercising again, please fill out the following form: Post Natal Exercise PAR-Q and bring it along to your first session.

This class is not just for mums with very young babies. Buggy walkers with children up to the age of 2yrs old can benefit greatly from this workout.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and ages. However it is recommended that you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor/midwife. The following rest periods post childbirth are recommended:

Natural Birth = Gentle exercise after 6 weeks
C Section = Gentle exercise after 10-12 weeks

Come along and meet other mums and enjoy a sociable and friendly class in a supurb rural setting. Not only will you be exercises but also getting the additional benefit of fresh air to you and your baby.

Sessions last 1hr and cost £5.

Class size limited to 10 places, so please call to check availability.

Make sure you have a pair of trainers ready for your workout!
