MINI BOOT CAMP SESSIONS Following on from the success of Beckington Boot Camp there are now weekly 1hr session meeting at the Beckington Cricket Pitch, Beckington Vilalge Hall. These 1hr session encorporate many of the exercises from the Boot Camp Morning plus some new ones too! It will also keep you fit in between our bigger Boot Camp events. 1hr Mini Boot Camp Timetable: Monday August 16th Dont worry if you did not attend the last big Boot Camp event, you can still come along to these sessions and if you enjoy them you can then sign up for other Morning Boot Camps in the future. The cost for the mini boot camp series is either £5 per session 'pay as you go' or £25 payable on your first session for the whole 6 weeks (please note that this advance pay option is non refundable). BECKINGTON BOOT CAMP The Beckington Boot Camp is a 3hr non-military style workout designed to test your stamina, strength and aerobic performance. The morning is split into several workouts to cover different aspects of fitness training and target all your major muscle groups. Several interval breaks are programmed into the morning to stop stress and fatigue setting in. The morning workout ends with a cool down and stretch session. Each Boot Camp finishes with a slice of homemade cake to refuel the body and each partipant receives a take home goodie bag!
