BECKINGTON BOOT CAMP SATURDAY 28th JANUARY 2012 9am-12noon at Beckington Cricket Pitch The Beckington Boot Camp is a 3hr non-military style workout designed to test your stamina, strength and aerobic performance. The morning is split into several workouts to cover different aspects of fitness training and target all your major muscle groups. Several interval breaks are programmed into the morning to stop stress and fatigue setting in. The morning workout ends with a cool down and stretch session. Each Boot Camp finishes with a slice of healthy homemade cake to refuel the body and each partipant receives a take home goodie bag! Best of all, you will go home with an exercisers high and the satisfaction that you took part.
