FAQ'S

Can anyone sign up?
This boot camp can be completed by anyone with a current basic level of fitness ~ other than that, all you need is some grit and determination!! Why not sign up with a friend or partner to help motivate you on the day.

If you have not exercised for some time, perhaps start with signing up to our course of mini boot camp sessions - 1hr weekly workout for 6 weeks - and build your base level up ready for the next morning boot camp.

What will I need on the day?
All equipment on the day will be provided. Refreshments will be available during intervals. All you need is some light weight sports clothing suitable to the weather conditions, a pair of trainers and a small hand towel. Drinking water will be provided but please bring your own if you prefer.

Will there be any breaks?
YES! There will be lots of breaks throughout the morning to give you chance to drink some water and refuel. The event will be broken down into several workout sessions with a break between each plus some group workouts and a cool down & stretch session to finish. Reshreshments will be provided but please bring anything you feel you might want on the day such as water & banana.

What happens if it rains?
There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing! Boot Camp will be going ahead come rain or shine! Look out for weather reports that weekend and ensure you are clothed appropriately to the weather conditions. Bring along spare clothes to change into after you have finished so you drive home feeling warm and comfy.

I Can't do both BootCamp dates..
You can still sign up to do either the May or July event. Click on the payment option box and choose the date you can make. Simples!

How do I get fitter in between the two Boot Camps?
If you already have an active lifestyle where you go to the gym, run or do other classes and/or sports each week, you can keep that going in between the two events. However, if you need some help with motivation and exercise then you can sign up to a weekly monday night mini bootcamp class to build up your fitness and strength ready for the next event.

How much does it cost?
Beckington Boot Camp costs £35 per person for both events, (£20 if only doing one). For this price you get two amazing workouts with two Personal Trainers, refreshments throughout the events plus a goodie bag to take home. For an additional weekly workout the cost will be £60 (6 evening sessions at a discount of 15%)

How do I register?
Go to the Registration & Booking page and fill in the form. Once we have your details, we will send you a welcome pack via email. Fill in the forms and send them back to us ASAP. Thats it!
