MONDAY NIGHT CIRCUITS

Following on from the success of Beckington Boot Camp there is now a weekly 1hr session meeting every Monday evening at the Beckington Cricket Pitch, during the summer and Beckington Village Hall during the winter. 7pm-8pm. (term time only).

The sessions will vary each week and be a mixture of strength, cardio and core work. The class is open to men and women 16yrs+ of any fitness level. £5
NB: You don't need to take part in the main Boot Camps to enjoy this class.

Winter Series starting - January 9th 2012, 7pm

No need to prebook, so just turn up on the evening ready for a good workout!

THURSDAY MORNING CIRCUITS

The Group Fitness Workout offers a total body exercise session, packed with a variety of calorie burning exercises followed by a core abdominal workout. If you are looking for a fun alternative way to exercise as part of a group then this class is for you.

Group Fitness Training is open to men and women of any age, shape, size and fitness level, providing an exhilerating workout for all.

Winter Series starting: Thursday 12th January, 10.15am at Bradford on Avon

The class is mainly conducted outdoors, however an indoor space is available if the weather is torrential! So please wear clothing suitable to the weather conditions and prepare to get a little muddy from time to time! Changing and showering facilities are available onsite.

Each session lasts 1hr and costs £5.00 on a 'pay as you go' basis. No need to pre book, just pop your trainers on and turn up for a good workout!
