Group Fitness Workout The Group Fitness Workout offers a total body exercise session, packed with a variety of calorie burning exercises followed by a core abdominal workout. If you are looking for a fun alternative way to exercise as part of a group then this class is for you. Group Fitness Training is open to men and women of any age, shape, size and fitness level, providing an exhilerating workout for all. Spring start date Thursday 22nd April, 10.15am at Bradford on Avon Rugby Club. The class is mainly conducted outdoors, however an indoor space is available if the weather is torrential! So please wear clothing suitable to the weather conditions and prepare to get a little muddy from time to time! Changing and showering facilities are available onsite.
