Kirsty Doonan started Personally Train Me (PTME) in 2006, working as a freelance fitness trainer in and around the Frome area training clients in their homes and surrounding outdoor locations.

Get yourself outdoors and make 2010 your fitness year. There are plenty of classes available to choose from if you prefer to be part of a group, or alternatively you can train on a 1-2-1 basis for a more personal approach.

Exercising outdoors is beneficial to both body and mind. Choose from a number of classes from Power Walking, Group Fitness Training and mini Boot Camps.

If you are a new mum this summer, Congratulations! Come along to my Push Me Fit exercise class and meet other mums wanting to get back into shape post birth.
