at a Glance

  • Group Fitness Workout every Thursday @ Bradford on Avon Rugby Club. An outdoor workout that will knock socks off any gym programme! More Info...
  • Monday Evening Mini Boot Camp starting Monday 4th April @ Beckington Cricket Ground. An hours workout using many of the boot camp drills. 7pm-8pm. More Info...

Kirsty Doonan started Personally Train Me (PTME) in 2006, working as a freelance fitness trainer in and around the Frome area training clients in their homes and surrounding outdoor locations.

There are plenty of classes available to choose from if you prefer to be part of a group, or alternatively you can train on a 1-2-1 basis for a more personal approach.
