Nutrition plays a vital part in achieving your goals. When exercising you need to ensure you are taking in the correct calories and also specific food groups to give you energy and strength.

When loosing weight, exercise and good eating work along side each other. In order to progress it is essential to have both.

A simple 7day food diary will help illustrate your current eating habits and from that I can make recommendations with regard to your diet which will work in conjunction with your training programme so that you really see and feel the results you are looking for.
