Running Programmes
Prices are the same as an hourly 1-2-1 session. It is recommended
to acheive 2 sessions per week for each of the running programmes
– please call for further information and advice.
Programme 1:Learn To Run
Recommended 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks
Programme 2: Event Specific
Recommended 6 wks minimum for 10k
Recommended 10 wks minimum for ½ Marathon
Recommended 16 wks minimum for Marathon
