RUNNING Running is such a fantastic sport and a perfect way to burn calories and tone-up. Kirsty Doonan will support and train you all the way with a planned and progressive running programme aimed at building up your confidence and mileage throughout the weeks leading up to race day. Sessions will cover a range of training techniques which may include; Heart Rate Training, Fartlek, Intervals, Hills, Recovery runs. As well as the running sessions, strength, core work and flexibility will be incorporated into the programme as well as advice on injury prevention and nutrition.
