One to One
Starting with a free consultation, Kirsty Doonan will analyse your
specific requirements and build a personal programme for you. Each
session will consist of a warm up, workout and cool down with stretches
to target all the muscles used within the session. Exericse programmes
are altered periodically, this not only keeps you motivated by getting
variety from your workouts but also stops the body getting used to the
exercises which would hinder progression.

If you and a friend or partner have the same fitness goals then why

Wedding Bells

Group Power Walking
Group Power Walking sessions are every Tuesday and Friday at 9.30am
leaving from Beckington Village Hall. These sessions involve a warm-up
routine followed by a 50minute fast walk with light weights and end with
a cool-down stretch.
Please come along and join in with our social
but invigorating walks through the surrounding countryside of Beckington.

Group Fitness Class
This popular outdoor class incorporates a variety of exercise techniques to give you a total body workout. Sessions may include, speed & agility, squats, lunges, medicine ball chucking, skipping, press-ups, team games. We always finish each class with a core workout followed by a cool down stretch.
